Art. 1 - Bando e Segreteria
Promotore della mostra è Polaroiders Italia in collaborazione con Spazio Viola e Nital/Polaroid.
Polaroiders ARCADE è una mostra collettiva di artisti istantanei durante ARTE FIERA e ART CITY
Art. 2 – Durata
La mostra si terrà Venerdì 7, Sabato 8 e Domenica 9 febbraio 2025 presso:
Spazio Viola Via Guerrazzi 17, Bologna.
Con i seguenti orari :
Venerdì 7 Febbraio dale 18:00 alle ore 22.00
Sabato 8 Febbraio dalle ore 10,00 alle ore 22.00
Domenica 9 Febbraio dalle ore 10,00 alle ore 19,00
Art. 3 – Partecipanti
Verranno selezionati 23 artisti a giudizio insindacabile della direzione.
Ong Ngoc Phuong, direttrice artistica di Polaroiders Italia e Marcheselli Alan.
Art. 4 – Tema
La mostra è a tema LIBERO.
Art. 5 – Modalità e costi di iscrizione.
L’iscrizione è subordinata alla presentazione degli scatti entro il 31 Ottobre 2024
E qualora la candidatura venga accettata, al versamento della quota € 200,00 entro il 6 novembre secondo le modalità che verranno indicate nella mail di selezione.
La selezione sarà a cura della direzione artistica dell’evento:
Ong Ngoc Phuong e Alan Marcheselli.
La quota di iscrizione di €200,00 comprende:
Diritti di Segreteria
montaggio opere, l'installazione, il disallestimento e i costi di restituzione opere
Badge Artista
Catalogo
Spazio per la presentazione di materiale in vendita (solo Polaroid related)
Art. 6 - Modalità di partecipazione
Saranno ammesse solo opere realizzate con film istantanei Polaroid, Polaroid Originals e Impossible.
Sono ammesse solo pellicole integrali di tipo 600, I TYpe e SX70
Non sono ammesse copie e/o elaborazioni digitali, trittici o mosaici.
Ogni autore deve inviare 4 opere singole facenti parte di un unico progetto/portfolio.
In una mail unica a polaroiders@gmail.com inviare:
- 4 Istantanee con queste specifiche: jpg in scala 1:1 a 600 dpi (comprese di frame)
Entro e non oltre il 31 ottobre 2024.
I files devono essere nominati: “nome e cognome autore_titolo opera_tipo film_tipo camera.
Oggetto della mail: nome cognome – Polaroiders Artcity 2025
Dati dell’autore (nome cognome, email e telefono).
Link alla propria pagina su Polaroiders.
Link alla propria pagina Instagram.
Art. 7 – Scadenza
Il termine ultimo per presentare le opere è il 31 ottobre 2024.
Entro il 3 Novembre il candidato selezionato riceverà gli estremi per il versamento della quota di iscrizione di 200€ da effettuarsi entro il 6 novembre 2024.
Art. 8 - Invio e Restituzione Opere
Le opere dovranno essere inviate con posta raccomandata entro e non oltre il 20 novembre 2024 a:

IMPORTANTE
Le opere dovranno essere spedite con allegato un foglio A5 che riporti in stampatello e in maniera leggibile nome e indirizzo dove recapitare le opere da restituire.
La resa delle opere avverrà a mezzo Raccomandata 1 entro il 15 Marzo 2025.

Art. 1 - Call and secretariat
Promoter of the Exhibition is Polaroiders Italia with the collaboration of Spazio Viola and Nital/Polaroid.
Polaroiders ARCADE is a collective exhibition of instant artists during ARTE FIERA and ART CITY.
Art. 2 – Duration
The exhibition will be held on Friday 7th, Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th February 2025 at:
Spazio Viola, Via Guerrazzi 17, Bologna
With the following schedule:
Friday 7th from 18:00 till 22:00
Saturday 8th from 10:00 till 22:00
Sunday 9th from 10:00 till 19:00
Art. 3 – Participants
23 artists will be selected at the sole discrection of the management.
Ong Ngoc Phuong, art director of Polaroiders Italia and Marcheselli Alan.
Art. 4 – Theme
The theme of the exhibition is OPEN.
Art. 5 – Entry methods and costs
The entry is subject to the submission of the photos within 31st October 2024.
And If the application is accepted, a fee of €200,00 is to be paid within 6th November according to the methods that will be indicated in the selection email.
The Selection will be curated by the artistic direction of the event: Ong Ngoc Phuong and Alan Marcheselli.
Submission fee of €200,00 includes:
Secretarial fees
Assembly of the works, installation, uninstallation
Costs of works return
Artist’s badge
Catalogue
Space for the presentation of works for sale
(only Polaroid related)
Art. 6 - How to participate
Will be admitted only works made with Polaroid, Polaroid Originals and Impossible instant films.
Only 600, itype and sx70 films are admitted.
Copies and Digital elaborations, tryptics and mosaics are not allowed.
Each author should send 4 single shots which belong to a whole project/portfolio.
At the following email polaroiders@gmail.com send:
- 4 shots with the following specifics: jpeg in 1:1 scale at 600 dpi (with frame)
Within and not later than 31st October 2024
Files should be named as follow:”name and last name of the author_work title_film type_camera type”
Object of the mail: artist name – Polaroiders Artcity 2025
Author’s data (name, last name, email and phone number)
Link of the personal page on Polaroiders.
Link of the own Instagram.
Art. 7 – Deadline
Submitting deadline is on 31st October 2024.
The selected ones will receive the details for the payment of the fee of €200,00 within 3rd November, to be paid within 6th November 2024.
Art. 8 - Sending and returning of the works
Works must be sent via registered mail within and not later than 20th November 2024 to:

IMPORTANT
.Works should be sent with attachment of a A5 sheet with name and address for the returning. Better in block letters.
Returning of the works will be via Registered Mail 1 within 15th March 2025.
